I've been wanting to get a netbook for quite some time, but were extinguished by their processors Wimpy and poor graphics capabilities. Then I heard about this little Acer laptop 'with a ULV processor you can run Vista, and its integrated graphics that Aero is capable, and I could not wait to take it! I searched the Dell 11Z, but this has a faster processor (Penryn vs Celeron) and a better touchpad / shipping (I like the mouse buttons) for the same price. I ordered from Amazon the day after they become available. I ran Vista for a couple of days went well, but I had to remove all the crapware that comes with. A small price to pay for a large notebook. I installed Windows 7 Ultimate using the upgrade path and everything went smooth and it worked perfectly. And the great works for almost any task you would expect to do with a notebook of this size (web browsing, music, most streaming video.) Intel graphics chipset is said to be Blu-ray capable, but after trying to play some dics Blu-ray disc BD outside, I would say that is stretching. A lot of study and resolution of video. I will not play Blu-ray on this, I was testing the graphics functions. A positive note, the game more Youtube HD video back without any problem, a usage scenario more likely. The screen is one of its weaknesses (performance angle Bad start), but it is acceptable for the price class. In general, I really like this laptop and it will make a great traveling companion and fellow house. I would have had a few integrated graphics, but it would probably raise the price of about $ 100.
